In this class taught by Katy Dill, author of the blog No Big Dill, you will be make the Coastal Curtsy skirt using Ruffle Fabric. What looks difficult and fancy is actually simple and quick (just one seam!) You'll come away with a jaw-dropping skirt fit for a wedding or a walk on the beach. 


This class requires advanced registration. More information will be available in early April.
